Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the aak444 website and any associated mobile application or service (collectively, the "Platform"), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

aak444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, aak444 will provide notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aak444 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The aak444 Platform is intended solely for use by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at all times during your use:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. aak444 operates a strict 18+ policy. We do not knowingly permit access to any person under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction and are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using online gaming services.
• Voluntary participation: You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. You are not acting on behalf of any third party or using the Platform for any commercial purpose without aak444's express written consent.
• Self-exclusion status: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed by yourself or enforced by aak444. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion by creating a new account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Single account: You do not already hold an active aak444 account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of aak444 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals, you must register for an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladesh carrier.

aak444 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC, procedures) at any point during the life of your account, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, following any change to account details, or where aak444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence bearing your photograph.
• Proof of age: Any government-issued document confirming your date of birth showing you are 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered to your name and mobile number for deposit/withdrawal purposes.
• Source of funds: In cases where high-volume transactions are detected, aak444 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for gambling.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by aak444 may result in the temporary suspension of account functionality, including the ability to deposit, play, or withdraw. aak444 is not liable for any losses, including missed betting opportunities, arising from account suspension pending verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aak444 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. aak444 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your login credentials. Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aak444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aak444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank direct transfers.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Processing times: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to verification status.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by aak444's finance team following a formal request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• Transaction limits: Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your aak444 account settings and may vary based on your account tier and verification level. aak444 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Fees: aak444 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own fees. aak444 is not responsible for third-party transaction charges.

Funds deposited into your aak444 account are held in a segregated player funds account, separate from aak444's operational funds. This arrangement is designed to protect your balance in the event of any corporate insolvency, though aak444 makes no legally binding guarantee of fund protection beyond this operational practice.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

aak444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this Section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the aak444 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded. Full contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Minimum odds: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or above, unless a higher minimum is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within 7 days of being credited to your account unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in forfeiture of all active bonus balances.
• Abuse prevention: aak444 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing hedged bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

aak444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted and activated a bonus at the time of any such amendment retain their rights under the terms that were in effect when the bonus was credited.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the aak444 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account; chargebacks initiated in bad faith; misrepresentation of identity during KYC procedures.
• Money laundering: Using the aak444 Platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime. aak444 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with all lawful regulatory requests.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; placing bets on the outcome of events that you have prior knowledge of through insider information or participation in match-fixing arrangements.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform; using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input; reverse-engineering any part of the Platform.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications at aak444 staff members or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account; sharing login credentials with third parties; accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

aak444 uses advanced fraud detection systems that continuously monitor all account activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, aak444 may freeze account funds pending investigation. aak444 is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from a lawful investigation into suspected prohibited conduct.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the aak444 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of aak444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

aak444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without aak444's express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Commercially exploit any Platform content, including game titles, brand assets, or marketing materials, in any medium or format.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application without prior written authorisation from aak444.

The aak444 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of aak444. Unauthorised use of aak444's brand assets, including for the purpose of creating phishing sites, impersonating aak444 in communications, or misleading third parties as to the source of any content, is strictly prohibited and will be actively pursued through all available legal remedies.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aak444 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in respect of the Platform and its content, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

aak444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned, including as a result of technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Any loss attributable to your breach of these Terms, including account suspension or fund forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes aak444's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, aak444's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your aak444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of online commercial law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by aak444 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
